Simply Allergy Free

Having a child with multiple food allergies is very difficult. Please join us on our journey where I hope to help anyone who is dealing with this difficult diagnosis. I started this because I could find recipes and advice/support groups online for nut free or egg free or gluten free but nothing that was for living with multiple allergies. Enjoy, Mary xoxoxox

Unconditional love

One of the things about this whole new way of living that amazes me is the love of a older sibling! He is so knowledgable already. Asks if things are peanut free, allergy safe, will this make him sick? Soooo incredible to me how adaptable your life can be and has to be!
